Baking in the Beginning
Were you lucky enough to have a family member who loved to bake and included you in on the fun? I was, my grandmother Lola Case. She baked bread, made cookies and candies and unbeknownst to me she was instilling that same love in me. Waking up to the smell of bread was awesome, but learning how to make it was fun. So I want to help you when you have a problem, and I want to give you some fun recipes that taste great and make you look so good in front of your family. Are you with me?

My mother cooked when I was young. I've only really gotten into baking recently so that I can make nummy gluten-free, sugar free, and yeast free edibles for myself. Between Monsanto and the commercial additives I am very picky about what I eat. But anyone who can teach me an easier way of doing something in the kitchen, I am open for, as I am more comfortable in the garden than cooking.
