How to Build a Classic Pastry?



Classical pastries like Charlotte Russe, Mirroirs and Macarons, not macaroons but macarons look like they take forever and in some cases they are more involved but they are so beautiful and what a way to impress the ones you love.





So this week we are going to make the components of the Charlotte Russe, all of these components are great on their own but once they are brought together you know all is right in the world. 

Tomorrow we will start with the lady finger recipe because after all we will need something to hold the crème Chantilly.
